1. Acceptance and scope of these terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry or trial request, or ordering, deploying or using the services provided by 6WIFI INC., you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and with the policies and rules that apply to the relevant features. Anyone acting on behalf of a company should make sure they hold the necessary authorization.
These terms are general rules published to the public. They do not replace the contract documents the parties sign for a specific project, and they do not by themselves constitute a commitment as to the performance, delivery date or commercial terms of any particular service.
2. Precedence of orders and signed agreements
Service scope, sites, circuits, equipment, licenses, terms, fees, activation conditions, support scope and other project requirements are governed by the applicable order, quotation, statement of work, service schedule or agreement signed by the parties.
If this page is inconsistent with a specific order or with an agreement signed by the parties, the signed agreement takes the highest precedence, followed by the applicable order and the attachments it expressly references. This page does not itself modify signed documents; any change must be made through the change procedure set out in the relevant document.
3. Business accounts and authorized users
The customer shall provide company, contact, billing and technical information that is truthful, accurate and kept up to date, and shall properly manage its account, passwords, verification methods and authorized personnel. Configuration, order and support actions carried out through the customer's account will be treated as performed by the customer or its authorized personnel, except where the law provides otherwise.
- Contact 6WIFI INC. promptly on discovering account misuse, credential disclosure or other abnormal access;
- The customer shall promptly revoke authorization for personnel who leave, change roles or no longer need access;
- No one may access another customer's data, systems, equipment or management interfaces without authorization.
4. Activation, deployment and changes
Service activation may depend on site surveys, circuit resources, third-party carriers, equipment delivery, the customer's network readiness and any required compliance review. Estimated timelines that appear on pages, in proposals or in correspondence are for project planning only; unless expressly agreed in a signed document, they do not constitute a fixed delivery commitment.
Changes the customer requests to sites, bandwidth, routing, policies, equipment or other configuration may affect fees, schedule, performance and service continuity. Where scope or commercial terms change, the parties should first complete the corresponding confirmation or change document.
5. Acceptable use and customer responsibilities
The customer shall use the services lawfully, prudently and in line with the documentation, and is responsible for its users, its business traffic and its local environment. The customer must not use the services to carry out or assist any of the following:
- Violating applicable law, infringing third-party rights, or distributing malware, fraudulent or unlawful content;
- Probing, intruding into, interfering with or damaging networks, systems, accounts and data without authorization;
- Circumventing security, access control, capacity or licensing limits, or reselling the services without permission;
- Generating clearly abnormal traffic or otherwise endangering the security and stability of the services, the platform and other users.
6. Fees, taxes and order adjustments
Pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund or credit arrangements are governed by the applicable order or the agreement signed by the parties. This page does not create any discount, refund, service credit or price guarantee that is not expressly agreed in those documents.
If the customer has questions about an invoice or order record, it should raise them through the account or support channel specified in the order and provide the order number, service site and related records needed for verification.
7. Equipment, software and third-party services
Responsibility for the ownership, custody, installation, return, repair and replacement of equipment, and the scope of any software or management platform license, are governed by the applicable order and the product documentation. Except where expressly permitted, the customer must not copy, lease, sell, reverse-engineer or circumvent the technical restrictions in the software and equipment.
The services may operate together with carriers, cloud platforms, content platforms, internet access and other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and operating conditions; their availability, content and behavior are not guaranteed by this page.
8. Data, security and intellectual property
The processing of personal information is governed by the 6WIFI INC. Privacy Policy. The customer shall ensure that it has a lawful basis for providing us with data, instructions and network access, and shall take reasonable measures to protect its endpoints, local network, accounts and backups.
6WIFI INC. and its licensors retain the intellectual property rights in the website, software, documentation, designs, trademarks and related technology. The customer retains its business data and the rights it holds under the law; except as necessary to provide, protect, support and improve the agreed services, we do not acquire ownership of customer data under these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
To the extent permitted by the signed documents or by applicable law, if a significant security risk, unlawful or abusive conduct, unauthorized access, an actual threat to network stability, or another situation requiring urgent control arises, we may apply necessary and proportionate restrictions or suspension, and will notify the customer where reasonably practicable.
Service term, termination rights, notice periods, data handling, equipment return and post-termination fee liability are governed by the applicable order or the agreement signed by the parties. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
10. Service description, liability and disputes
We will provide the services in accordance with the applicable order, the signed agreement and the product documentation. Specific service levels, measurement methods, exceptions and remedies are binding only where they are expressly agreed in the relevant signed documents. This page gives no availability, performance, revenue or fitness-for-purpose guarantee that is not expressly written into those documents.
Limitation of liability, indemnification, force majeure, governing law and dispute resolution are governed by the agreement signed by the parties and by applicable law. To confirm how a particular clause applies to your order, contact 6WIFI INC. before purchase or deployment.
11. Updates to these terms and contact
We may update these public terms in line with service, operational or legal requirements; the date at the top of this page indicates the current version. An update does not automatically modify an agreement the parties have already signed. If you have questions about these Terms of Service, email support@6wifi.com or write to 6WIFI INC., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
